Fluffy and full like a beautiful flower!

Made of black cotton poplin, it has a touch of
stretch and a comfortable elastic waist band.

The skirt is constructed of two layers of black
ruffles that flare out and move as you dance
or walk!

It has a Lolita feel to it and would look
adorable with our Calliope or Eulalie tops.

Trimmed with sweet cream colored cotton
eyelet lace, the delicately scalloped edges peek
out from below the black tiers of cotton. The
eyelet lace gives the skirt a sweet vintage feel.

The skirt has it's own built in petticoat!
Layers of tulle are nestled between the lining
and the skirt itself to help create a full and
flouncy shape!
