Please note that Gloomth does NOT have access to any of your credit card numbers,
information, bank accounts- or any of your personal info other than the address you
give us to ship to. We do NOT keep anything on "file" whatsoever, other than your
email address and previous purchases.

Gloomth uses Paypal.com for all of our processing because of the protection and
simplicity. They are the world's largest and most trusted service of its kind. They have
numerous ways to prevent identity theft, offer free protection against your purchases,
and have many other great features for shoppers. ITS ALSO FREE TO USE, for you!

You do NOT need to register with Paypal in order to shop with us. If you have an
account with them already you can pay with your existing balance, from your bank
account, or credit card on file with Paypal.

Paypal is available in over 50 countries worldwide. If yours isn't listed we do offer
alternative payment methods.

~ Cash ~
Currently we only accept cash from Canadian or local customers. If you are interested
in paying via cash please contact us, please note we are not responsible for the
behavior of the post office, we recommend insuring your letter or getting tracking for
your envelope. We do not accept internationally mailed cash it's clearly harder to keep
track of.

We do accept cash for pick-up orders or delivery, as well as at all of our events/shows.

CHEQUE, MONEY ORDERS, ETC.
Currently we do not accept cheques or money orders from ANYONE. They are simply
too easy to fake and it creates vast time delays with processing and fees.

~ Local Delivery Orders ~

(LOCAL-- DURHAM REGION & TORONTO, ONT. ONLY)
Local delivery is handled on a case-by-case basis. There is a fee for the service to cover
our gas and time. These are considered "rush" orders. You must pay in cash at the time
of delivery, in full- exact change only, in Canadian funds. Please contact us for
availability and cost for the service.

Local pick-up from our studio is occasionally available if you're in the area. Our studio
is currently NOT open to the public- so you will not be able to "try on" anything here.
Please contact us regarding this option.

EVENT/LIVE PURCHASE
Occasionally Gloomth appears at events, selling items. Prices for products at these
events are the same as on the website and there are no shipping fees for purchasing at
our live events and shows. To see a list of scheduled events check our events section.

WHY IS THERE A DELAY IF I PAY BY E-CHEQUE?
Paypal automatically adds a 2-14 day delay to clear the funds if you pay via e-cheque,
this is beyond our control. We do not ship your order until the funds have cleared and
are in our account. Please check their website for details on this.
We will notify you when it clears, and ship as soon as possible afterwards.
No Select-Order pieces will be made until the funds clear.

CAN YOU PUT "X" ON HOLD SO I CAN PAY LATER?
No, we can't. Occasionally you will see items in the store on HOLD and that is because
we are waiting for an e-cheque to clear, or an invoice to be completed. Items will
remain in your shopping cart for your own reference, but it is first come first serve.

~ How to Use the Shopping Cart ~

Our shopping cart is extremely simple to use! It is run by Paypal so all your financial
information is protected and Gloomth never sees any of it.

'"VIEW CART" button is located in the top left of every page in the store section of our
website. Click it to open a window displaying the contents of your shopping 'casket'. In
this window you can alter what's in your cart by clicking "remove" and then "update
cart". As well as view the total, including shipping fees. Click "Continue Shopping" to
close the window, or "Proceed to Checkout" to pay for your purchase.

"ADD TO CART" buttons appear beneath every item available for purchase. Just click
that button to add that item to your shopping cart and it automatically adjusts your
total accordingly.

"PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" (HOW TO PAY)
This is accessible from the shopping cart (click view cart button). Paypal will guide
you through the steps to pay for your purchase as you do this. Please remember to
include your shipping address and a valid email, as we may need to email you regarding
your purchase.

ONTARIO CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED 8% PST.

Rush delivery orders are
available to LOCAL
customers. These are
handled on an individual
basis and there is a fee for
the service. Please contact
us for information and
availability. Often you can
pay in cash at the time of
delivery.

Do I have to pay the
total at checkout?
Yes. No exceptions.

I'm local can I just pick
it up from you?
Yes. We do allow local
pick-up when we are actually
around to do so. It is not
always an option but we do
our best to be
accommodating.

Do you do clothing
or item trades?
Unfortunately the
development of currency
has made the barter
system obsolete, thus we
no longer need to trade
goods. No we are not
interested in that "way cool
tshirt" or whatever as
payment for your purchase.

No. Seriously, we're
Canadian and Canadians
are notoriously polite and we
don't take well to people
asking for freebies or
discounts. Ask for one and
you likely won't get one. You
can get coupons in our
newsletter & at shows!!!
