All payments made through our online checkout are processed by Paypal.com.
Please note that Gloomth does NOT have access to any of your credit card numbers,
information, bank accounts- or any of your personal info other than the address you
give us to ship to. We do NOT keep anything on "file" whatsoever, other than your
email address and previous purchases.

You do NOT need to register with Paypal in order to shop with us. If you have an
account with them already you can pay with your existing balance, from your bank
account, or credit card on file with Paypal.

alternative payment methods.

~Email Bank Transfers - Interac Direct Transfers~

This option is ONLY available to Canadian customers. As long as you have online
banking set up with your financial institution you can use this feature. It's completely
safe and insured by your bank (for exact regulations etc. please contact your bank).

Your bank's website will walk you through sending a transfer between banks. Generally
you put in the email address of the recipient (taeden@gloomth.com), amount (exact
funds only, including shipping), and a security question. Please make the answer to the
security question "Gloomth" otherwise we will cancel your transfer.

Please include a contact email address and your order with the transfer (in the subject
or information area when filling it out). Otherwise we won't know who you are or what
you'd like to buy!

~International Money Orders~

We will accept International Money or Postal orders mailed to us directly. Please make
sure the money order is cash-able in Canada or else it's no good to us and will be sent
back. If you have a hold on the funds we will not begin construction of the garments
until the hold releases.

~ Cash ~

We only accept exact funds in Canadian dollars.  This option is available to our
customers worldwide. If you are interested in paying via cash please fill out our Order
Form (
here) and email us, and we will send you our mailing address.

Please note we are not responsible for the behavior of the post office, we recommend
insuring your letter or getting tracking for your envelope.

We do accept cash for pick-up orders or delivery, as well as at all of our events/shows.

WHY IS THERE A DELAY IF I PAY BY E-CHEQUE?

Paypal automatically adds a 2-14 day delay to clear the funds if you pay via e-cheque,
this is beyond our control. We do not ship your order until the funds have cleared and
are in our account. Please check their website for details on this.
We will notify you when it clears, and ship as soon as possible afterwards.
No Select-Order pieces will be made until the funds clear.

CAN YOU PUT "X" ON HOLD SO I CAN PAY LATER?

No, we can't. Items will remain in your shopping cart for up to 2 weeks for your own
reference, but it is first come first serve.

~ How to Use the Shopping Cart ~

Our shopping cart is extremely simple to use! It is run by Paypal so all your financial
information is protected and Gloomth never sees any of it.

'"VIEW CART" button is located in the top left of every page in the store section of our
website. Click it to open a window displaying the contents of your shopping 'casket'. In
this window you can alter what's in your cart by clicking "remove" and then "update
cart". As well as view the total, including shipping fees.

"PLACE ORDER" buttons appear beneath every item available for purchase. Just click
that button to add that item to your shopping cart and it automatically adjusts your
total accordingly.

ONTARIO CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED 8% PST.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED 5% GST.
AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

has made the barter
system obsolete, thus we
no longer need to trade
goods. No we are not
interested in that "way cool
tshirt" or whatever as

are notoriously polite and we
don't take well to people
