| Our "Vrai Noir" overcoat is absolutely beautiful, and sure to be a definite wardrobe staple for any Aristocrat, Lolita, or Gothic Victorian. The exterior of our overcoat is made of lovely cotton twill, which has a sturdy weight to it and feels great on. This is not a light costume piece, this overcoat is meant to be fairly warm for layering or cool nights. The interior is fully lined and interfaced with black satin lining. Our overcoat is longer in the back than the front, to create that classic Gothic doll silhouette. Features elegant lapels that are quite open at the neckline, ideal to display your favorite scarf or blouse beneath. Laces at the front with wide satin ribbon through industrial steel eyelets. The shoulders have sweet gathers- or "puffs"- that help balance out the wide flounce of the jacket. Fitted at the bodice it dramatically flares out into a softly pleated flounce tail. Swooping and sweet it moves as you do, for an eye-catching look. The sleeves come to elbow length and then flare into their own wide flounces, with black lace peering out from within.
