| Named after the character in Edgar Allan Poe's "Eulalie" who withdrew her lover from aching sadness into life. Capturing the dark elegance of this poem in a sweet little bodice. Made of soft black cotton blend, it is fully lined with the same so it has a great structure and shape. Buttons down the front. The bodice has wide straps ideal for wearing a supportive bra underneath. The bodice features a rounded square neckline with petite ruffles and front pleating details. It has adorable cap sleeves with ruffles. Which is a great way to de-emphasize an upper arm you aren't totally thrilled with. ;) The bodice itself ends at about the natural waist and then flares out into an adorable cotton ruffle peplum. The bodice corset laces at the back, the lacing is decorative and adjustable but will not alter the fit of the top. Features two front bows which attach with pins and can be removed whenever you like to change the look of this top. Looks great with our "Impetuous" skirt, as shown. Can also be made in white or cream cotton! |
