Gloomth & the Cult of Melancholy- Select Order Information

There are two types of pieces in our catalogue:
In Stock & Select Order

In Stock- Some of the designs are complete & ready to ship.
There is no delay for these and they will ship on the next Monday or Friday after your
payment is received.

Select Order- Some items/sizes will only be constructed when ordered.
There are delays for these, as they are made entirely by hand- from scratch. Wait times
vary, depending on the style & our schedule. Larger items like velvet coats and suit
jackets will take longer than cotton blouses or skirts, the approximate time after
payment until delivery is stated in each listing. If you need one of these by a certain
date please contact us at checkout, additional fees apply to all rush orders. Payment
must be made prior to production. Additional information on the Select Order process

Sold Out Sizes- If your size is no longer visible in the listing, it is currently not
available for that piece. Some sizes sell out far more quickly than others, and once our
total is sold- that's it. Most designs will not be resurrected once sold out, so if you're
keen on something you'd best order it sooner rather than later.

How Our Select Order System Operates

Gloomth specializes in unique, entirely hand made couture apparel.

We have chosen to have limited quantities to maintain the aspect of rare and truly
couture clothing. Each piece is carefully hand made from all new fabrics by a
professional seamstress, and therefore takes time to complete.

We value your patience in this process.
In order to produce the absolute best quality garments we can, each is 100% hand
made- from cutting our the fabric to sewing on the last button. We know that our
customers are seeking truly exquisite attire that can be worn for years, that will ensure
they stand out, that they don't mind waiting just a little longer for their piece to be
completed.

How to Place a Select Order

It's shockingly easy, actually.
Just shop as you normally would, choose your design, your size, & follow through with
checkout. Shortly after you will receive an email from Taeden confirming your order
& stating how long you can expect to wait until it is ready to ship. Payment absolutely
must be made prior to production, no exceptions. No scissor shall touch fabric until we
have your payment in full. You will receive another email when the order has been
shipped. (Please see our Shipping section for delivery times/costs) Additional delays
can be expected around the holidays and Halloween.
