Gloomth specializes in unique, Canadian-made clothing! All of our items are made from scratch in Ontario, Canada. Our standard sizes ship directly from our studio to you within 2 days of purchase! Our Bespoke items are made from scratch when they are ordered, and thus take longer to arrive. All of our jewelry and accessories are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted. ~*~ How our Ordering System Works: When you place an order with us your item(s) are gathered, inspected, and packed up to be shipped- usually within 2 days of purchase! Custom sizes or alterations are marked and given to our in-house seamstress for the necessary adjustments. *Alterations can take up to 10 days to be completed due to volume. Our Bespoke items are made from scratch, they must be cut out and sewn before being shipped. Exact wait times for Bespoke pieces vary throughout the year, please contact us for delay estimates. When your order ships you will receive an email from us with your tracking information (if applicable). We always use Canada Post for shipping, for more information please see our Shipping section. All standard size (needing no adjustment) items ship within 2 days of being ordered, all of our made to order styles take longer.
