Since all of our items are limited edition or made to order we do not offer refunds. EXCHANGE ONLY. No exceptions. We do not cancel orders.

We will happily offer exchange within 30 days of purchase date, either for another size or for another style. The original item must be returned to us in new, unwashed/unworn, sell-able condition (not soiled). We are not responsible for your return shipping costs, customs, or confusion about currency conversion (our prices are in USD).

Rest assured we will do everything possible to repair any issues you may have with your order!

*We do not offer returns or exchanges on masks due to obvious sanitary reasons. If you have sizing questions contact us ahead of purchase.

*We are unable to cancel print item orders once production on them begins.

>If you return an item for an exchange and it is stinky or worn you will NOT be offered an exchange- consider it a tax on you being gross and rude.<

♥ We are NOT responsible for delays imposed by shipping carriers or at borders/customs. We will do our best to get your item to you in time for your event but we do not have a “money back” policy for items that arrive late (because we aren’t the pizza company). Doubly so during a pandemic.

♥ Our print collection is made to order at this time, which involves a wait for the fabric to be made and then shipping the finished item to you. Delivery times for these are estimated to be 2-4 weeks on average.

We do not respond to rude or cruel emails. We are actual humans, if you can’t communicate respectfully please do not bother writing. xo
