Amalthea is the haunting protagonist of the “Last Unicorn” story. In the animated version she has pale purple or lavender eyes filled with sorrow and longing, a similar hue to this dress.
Our “Amalthea” dress is a limited edition version of our new “Viola” dress. We have a VERY small quantity in this colorway so grab yours before they disappear.
-Lavender cotton poplin with stretch.
-Sleeveless, jumperskirt style. Wear it over your favorite blouse for a prim lolita inspired style, or with a fishnet top and platforms for a more goth-club look.
-Comes with removable arm sashes that attach using snaps hidden beneath the ruffles on the dress.
-Fitted bodice with corset style lacing at the front. Trimmed in ruffles and frills.
-Back zipper closure.
-Full skirt wide enough for even your biggest petticoat (not included). Hangs as a simple A-line style dress without a petticoat underneath.
-Rows of poplin ruffles and bows around the skirt.
-Can be washed at home! Machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle, hang to dry, iron on low if necessary. However dry-cleaning will best preserve your dress!
