-Creamy chiffon type fabric, slightly see through. Not lined.
-Black rounded scallop collar.
-Gathers at the side seams so the back has some runching, would look amazing over a pencil skirt or cigarette style pants too!
-Pleats framing the button closure.

Size: Fits an small or medium, has no stretch but is a loose cut. The mannequin is a 34” bust and 28” waist for fit reference, and we have not pinned this item on her.
