-Black chiffon type material, the upper half is lined with the same fabric but the skirt half is not lined and thus see through.
-Would be so cool layered over a waist cincher and faux leather pants for a 90s goth vibe.

-Floaty drifty lower half.
Condition : A- as new, no flaws we could find. Sold as is as a second hand item.
Size Tagged “US 4” fits about a size small, maybe a medium since the bust is mostly open. No stretch.
